Inspired by childhood memories of grilled cheese, Matt Lancelotta and Vic Corbi set out to create a fast casual concept offering premium grilled cheese sandwiches and giving customers the comfort foods which they desire: a menu featuring a variety of creative, freshly prepared grilled cheese sandwiches. Just about every family and every family-oriented restaurant has its own grilled cheese sandwich. And while many restaurants relegate the cheesy dish to the kids' menu, few parents can resist stealing a bite.
