Inspired by childhood memories of grilled cheese, Matt Lancelotta and Vic Corbi set out to create a fast casual concept offering premium grilled cheese sandwiches and giving customers the comfort foods which they desire: a menu featuring a variety of creative, freshly prepared grilled cheese sandwiches. Just about every family and every family oriented restaurant has its own grilled cheese sandwich. And while many restaurants relegate the cheesy dish to the kids’ menu, few parents can resist stealing a bite.

Grilled Cheese is many things...a fond memory of our youth, a spontaneous treat, a special indulgence, a happy celebration, or just plain fun.
